Patch Management - Upon contract commencement, your IT Manager will install our agent software which allows us to monitor, manage, remotely support & automatically update your computers. Our update agent will automatically update all Microsoft software along with other major vendors like Adobe, Java and so on.
Procurement - Potential clients that we speak to often bemoan the fact that when they speak to their current IT Support company, they try to sell them new hardware. We don't, we don't sell hardware. We will advise where you need to improve and tell you what & where to purchase.
